work to customize within your budget

The prices are very simple and basic. We have highly qualified and professional staff and EPPH believes we offer a very fair price for our staff. We require that an experienced captain attends events with more than 12 guests. The captain will manage and secure that the party is successful and safety is assured during your special event.

When you hire staff only we require payment would be given to the captain in an envelope at the beginning of the party or event. An additional gratuity will be given at the end of the event in cash in an envelope, again give to the captain. The gratuity will be an average of 18% to 35% or higher. Your opinion of that % will be based on your opinion of the service of our staff. After several events, other forms of payments are accepted There will be a transportation cost, according to the location on the islands. We accept Paypal or cash. We will confirm the discussed agreement by email. When confirming staff a detailed address, phone numbers, names, hours, confirmation emails will need to be approved. EPPH will call the host 1 to 2 weeks before the event to confirm and the host or hostess will call EPPH the night before the event to clarify any needed details.

Event and Party Professionals Hawaii Catering & Event Planners Services

Catering costs are also simple. After agreeing on the menu and total cost, half of the catering cost will be paid three weeks in advance with a signed agreement. (look at the agreement page on this website). The 2nd half of the price for catering will be given at the beginning of the party. Gratuity will be given at the end of the party.
Event and Party Professionals Event Planner
EPPH Event Planners are paid 18% of the total cost of the party or event. At the signing of the event planners' agreement, 25% of Event Planners' price is required. Another 25% is due one month prior to the wedding or event. The final 50% is due at the end of the wedding, event or party. If the event is last minute and requires an event planner, we require 50% on the day the agreement is signed and the remaining the day of the event. We can also work with the host or hostess who is their own event planners for a smaller price.
